Is the cost listed on the item the final charge?
The item cost is the full amount, including taxes and fees. Shipping will be an additional charge selected at checkout.

Are the pieces on the site the best available cost?
Yes, the company purchases items in bulk to ensure the lowest possible per-item cost. By selecting an item in stock, you also avoid additional charges such as new setup and embroidery fees.

What if I need something not listed on the site? Can I request something custom?
Yes, please reach out to the Cubik SWAG team via the custom order form and they will be in touch to assist with your request. Once an item has been selected, members of the Convergix Marketing Team will be consulted for design and logo approval before moving forward to be approved by the budget owner.

Can I return or exchange items? For example, if it doesn’t fit?
All Print-on-Demand items are final sale and non-returnable. Inventory items may be returned upon request. Please email shops@cubikpromo.com for instructions.

What if I want to use a different logo on an existing piece?
This would be considered a custom order. Please use this form to reach out to the Cubik SWAG team for help.
- What do POD and OOD mean?
POD (Print on Demand): Single items are produced, then shipped from the production facility. These typically ship within 7–10 days.
OOD (Order on Demand): Orders require a minimum quantity and are not available as a single unit. These are produced when an order is requested and approved. Once the pieces are in production, the typical ship window is 7–10 days.
For the quickest delivery, select in-stock items without the POD/OOD label. These are pieces already produced and ready to go. They will ship within 24 hours of order approval and arrive based on your selected shipping speed.

What if my order is for a conference or event and requires additional information to be added to the boxes before shipment?
If you plan to ship to a conference or hotel and require additional information to be added to a shipment, please reach out directly to the team at shops@cubikpromo.com with your order confirmation.

Can we ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping within the US and Canada. If you require a gift to be shipped outside your country, please reach out to Grant Steen to assist.

How long does shipping take?
It varies by destination and what you ordered: in-stock items leave our warehouse within 24–48 hours, while Print-on-Demand items ship in 7–10 business days.
Once shipped, delivery is typically 5–7 business days by Ground, 2 business days by 2-Day Air, or next business day by Overnight.
